Same-day at the door registration is available, but there will likely be a line. To expedite your same-day registration, click here to print and fill out your waiver form ahead of time.

COST:
Advance online registration: $15 for the first dog (multi-dog families can register their second dog for $10 and any additional dogs for $5 each).

Same-day at the door registration: $20 for the first dog (multi-dog families can register their second dog for $15 and any additional dogs for $5 each).

Proof of current rabies shot is required !

REQUIREMENTS: Proof of rabies vaccination (print-out or colored tags) MUST be presented at the door.

I UNDERSTAND that proof of CURRENT rabies vaccination (print-out or colored tags) must be presented at the door. Your dog will NOT be admitted into the pool area without a PRINTED copy of rabies vaccination or WEARING a current rabies tag.

By purchasing this/these ticket(s), I agree that I will not hold Maumelle Friends of the Animals, Maumelle Animal Services, nor the Maumelle Community Center liable for any injury to myself, my family members, my dog(s), or any guests I bring, while attending the MFOA Puppy Pool Pawty. I will keep my dog(s) under control and accept responsibility for any of their actions that may occur. I agree that my dog(s) will wear a collar/harness at all times. I certify by evidence of my pets' rabies tags that the rabies vaccination is current for my dog(s).
