If you missed out on the Maumelle Friends of the Animals Annual Puppy Pool Paw-ty fundraiser sponsored by Maumelle Coldwell Banker, then you missed the major bash and splash of the year! On Saturday, September 9th, the Maumelle Aquatic Center transformed into a canine paradise, hosting 254 dogs and their enthusiastic owners for a day of splashy fun, tail-wagging excitement, and prize winning.

A Day of Doggone Delight

The event was an absolute blast for both two-legged and four-legged attendees alike. With 254 dogs in attendance, the Maumelle Aquatic Center was a sea of wagging tails and happy barks. Dogs of all shapes and sizes took over the pool, making a splash and showing off their impressive swimming skills. Balls were fetched, new friendships were forged, and laughter filled the air as dogs frolicked and played.

The first 200 lucky dogs went home with special goody bags filled with treats and a day-pass to Pawsh Park doggie daycare. Talk about a dog's dream come true!

Raising Funds and Making a Difference

The Maumelle Friends of the Animals Annual Puppy Pool Paw-ty wasn't just about having fun – it was also about making a difference. This event managed to raise over $5000, which will benefit animals in need right here in the Maumelle community. This fundraiser is the highlight of our year, and we couldn't be prouder of the generous support from our community.

Raffle Prizes Galore

As if the joy of seeing all those furry friends in one place wasn't enough, the event also

featured an incredible raffle. Over $7000 worth of prizes were awarded, leaving attendees and their pets with smiles that stretched from ear to floppy ear.

A Heartfelt Thank You

None of this would have been possible without the support of our wonderful community. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the city of Maumelle for allowing us to use the Aquatic Center, and to Coldwell Banker for their generous sponsorship. A massive thank you goes out to our 40 generous donors (INSERT LINK TO SPONSOR LOGOS), who helped make this event a success.

Our incredible volunteers deserve special recognition. Our planning committee dedicated months of hard work to plan and execute the event. Twenty-six volunteers worked tirelessly to register animals, help dogs pick out costumes to take home, run the raffle, secure the entrance and exit to keep our furry friends safe, scoop poop, and hand out treat bags. We couldn't have done it without our dedicated volunteers!
